Foundation of SOBAGI

Merger between ATECH and SOBAGI. REVATECH carries out its physical/chemical activities through two plants on Ile Monsin and in Engis.

Acquisition of WOS Hautrage, Genk, RD Houthalen and Lesage, all stakeholders in hydrocarbon waste processing; Revatech hydrocarbon branch also set up.

Acquisition of AVA Antwerpen which joins the physical/chemical branch of Revatech, becoming Revatech Antwerpen.

SUEZ and SRIW become equal joint shareholders in Revatech.

Sale of all the hydrocarbon companies.

Merger by absorption into Revatech Antwerpen.

Takeover of SUEZ by SARPI/VEOLIA wich becomes the new equal joint shareholder with SRIW.
